Individual Training (in-home)
Group Personal Training

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING (in-home)

Get one-on-one training by a trainer of your choice! (see "About us" to learn more about Sai and Sarah). Each training session lasts for 1 hour. 15 minutes out of each hour will be dedicated to "Strategy Meetings." Please choose from one of our packages:

1 session for $65
5 sessions for $300 ($60 per session)
10 sessions for $550 ($55 per session)
20 sessions for $960 ($48 per session)

Bonus! If you renew your package, receive 10% off that package's original price (above).

What about equipment? Where possible, we provide equipment. However, we may need you to invest in free weights, medicine balls, Swiss balls, and/or a yoga mat. Depending on our mode of transportation, we may need you to provide equipment. Thanks for your understanding!

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

$10 per hour per person! Classes must have at least 10 people in order to run. If there are more than 10 people, we will have two trainers, but the cost will still be $10 per person per session.

Where will classes be held? Classes will be held along the Schuylkill River OR in your home OR in your corporation, Please come at least ten minutes before class so we can take attendance. For classes held along the Schuylkill, this will be under the Walnut St. bridge (this is near 24th and Walnut). Requirements: Once you have signed up for a class, please download our medical questionnaire, medical history, physician's approval (if you need it--please look at the medical questionnaire), a liability waiver, and exercise history. We will call to touch base with you and to learn more about you and your needs and goals.

We will be in touch by your preferred form of communication. Please bring all forms and have them ready at the start of your first workout. Please be half an hour early to your first workout.
