"Dear Prospective Clients:
At 45 years old, I had not exercised in almost 10 years
due to injuries I sustained in a severe car accident. In addition, I had
undergone 3 surgeries within 2 years and was extremely weak. I was
embarrassed and insecure about my body's appearance and my extremely weak

during exercise, and even included dietary advice. More importantly, she
lavished encouragement and praise upon me, boosting my moral and motivation
to great heights.
Today, thanks to Sarah Hobson, I am strong again! I have
shed over 20 lbs! I feel much less pain, I look fit, I have regained

playing years of sports in college, I struggled in my self-discipline to
develop an exercise routine. I got connected with Sarah through Penn’s
personal training program and I am eternally grateful to them for
introducing Sarah into my life. What I love most about Sarah is not only her
ability to design challenging workouts, but also her positive energy and

variation of machines, free weights, stability ball exercises, yoga, and

She developed a workout plan that was suitable for my fitness level and
helped me meet my goals. Sai was able to eliminate the superfluous
exercises, which gave my workout more focus and helped to

stale, she taught me a multitude of exercises for each muscle group with a
focus on my problem spots. Her explanations are clear and concise,

"To whom it may concern,
I have known Sarah Hobson for several years and worked
out with her as my personal trainer for two years. She is the best personal
trainer I have ever seen and I got in good shape under her tutelage and
regimen. I have several medical problems including diabetes and
osteoarthritis. She was able to work around these difficulties in a very
thoughtful manner. Being a physician with diabetes I have followed my blood
sugar religiously with my glucometer. With such monitoring I have learned
what increases my blood glucose level and what lowers it. My workouts with
Sarah definitely improved my blood glucose levels for the rest of the day
and, if I ate sensibly, my blood glucose level would stay normal. Also with
her workouts, I lost weight and improved body muscle mass, which definitely
improved my blood glucose levels. I am a physician and medical examiner by
profession and a health enthusiast by avocation. I can definitely recommend
her as a very good and capable personal trainer.
